78 years-old Awujale of Ijebuland enrols for Law

 On Saturday Feb 25th, Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, joined 201 other new Law students of the National Open University of Nigeria for their matriculation at Awa-Ijebu Study Centre.78 year-old Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, has made history as Nigeria's oldest monarch to enroll for a law degree while still on the throne.

Oba Adetona, who became the Awujale of Ijebuland in 1960, already has a degree in Accountancy in the UK

I personally think he just wanted to make history by being "Nigeria's oldest monarch to enroll for a law degree while still on the throne". Because i see no reason while he should apply for Law at the age of 78. For God sake he has a degree in Accountancy..What does he need a law the degree for? When does he think he would Graduate? When would he eventually start Practising ? For crying out loud there are lots of young Nigerians who can't afford education... While didn't he rather offer scholarships to the poor children in His community.. Than "wasting" his money, energy, and useful resources in Law school
